Overdoor-Displays sorgen für einen reibungslosen Einund Ausstieg und eine intuitive Fahrgastinformation für ein- und aussteigende Fahrgäste. Das LED-Leuchtband dient den Fahrgästen zur Orientierung und visualisiert die S-Bahnlinienfarbe oder die aktuelle Wagenauslastung. Die neuartige Servicewand als Rückwand eines Lokführerstands erfüllt verschiedenste Funktionen. Ein integrierter Getränke- und Maskenautomat, ein großflächiges Display mit einem digitalen Liniennetzplan zur Verbesserung der Reisendeninformation im Regel- und Störfall sowie automatisierte Halterungen und Lademöglichkeiten für E-Scooter runden den neuen Servicebereich ab. Ein Blickfang ist auch die intelligente Beleuchtung, die ein tages- sowie verkehrszeitabhängiges Licht ermöglicht. Sie ist verknüpft mit einer anonymisierten Videosensorik zur Auslastungskommunikation und Fahrgastlenkung. So werden Fahrgäste künftig beim Betreten des Zugs effektiv und intuitiv zu freien Stehund Sitzbereichen geleitet. Außerdem wird den Fahrgästen eine angenehme Atmosphäre garantiert: sei es ein kühles und anregendes Licht am Morgen auf dem Weg zur Arbeit oder ein warmes Licht am Abend. Overdoor displays ease boarding and alighting by providing clear passenger information for people as they enter or leave the train. The LED strip shows what route the train is serving, or it can be used to indicate how many passengers are currently on board each wagon. A completely new feature, the service wall at the driver’s cab provides a whole range of functions. These include a built-in sales point for drinks and masks, a large display with a digital network map for providing passengers with information about the current status of services, and an automated stand where people can park and charge their electric scooters. Another eye-catching feature is the intelligent lighting system, which adjusts light levels to suit the time of day – this includes special settings for peak- and offpeak services. It is connected to an anonymised video sensor that calculates the number of people on board and supports the passenger guidance system. When travellers board a train, they can rely on this effective and intuitive system that directs them towards carriages where standing room and seating are available. It also helps create a pleasant ambiance for them, for example by using cool, stimulating light in the morning as they go to work and bathing them in warm light in the evening. The possibilities are endless.
